Today, Day 5 of the Message Magic 10 Day Challenge, we learn to use Message Magic to send a Broadcast Message to your Main Skype Contacts to follow up, get in touch, chat, dialogue, listen, catch up, deepen and build relationships and start to get your Skype contacts organized into targeted lists that support your marketing and social networking plans. Build a Skype Prospect Funnel in your man Skype account.
Goal
Use Message Magic in Main Skype Account for Sending a bulk message (or Broadcast) to Follow up with your contacts. Learn to use Message Magic for Skype Contact Managment aka Skype Prospect Funnels and Targeted Contact Lists using permission methods.
Overview
Send a Broadcast Message to All Contacts on Main Skype Account Chat, communicate and Listen to needs. Categories in Contact Lists and or Rename and Schedule Followup.
How to Action Items:
- .Run Main Skype account.
- . Run Message Message
- . In MM Load Contacts (Select All at the top)
- . Allow MM to Connect to Main Skype Account.
- How to trouble shoot Message Magic not connecting (see short video from 5/14/12 made in/with CM Training Recording). (See short video made in training 5-14-12) Quit your prospecting Skype account in Skype 3.8. Tell your main Skype account to not allow Message Magic to connect. Reboot your MM. Tell it to load contacts or active chats, anything that will initiate a "hand shake" between Skype and MM. When MM's log says "cannot connect", then use the menus in Skype to allow MM to connect to Skype.

- . Select All Loaded Contacts
- . Load or write short get in touch message or just send an emoticon.
- . Send to all.
- . Optional - set up auto reply with link to blog post or video about what your've been up t and asking them to update you on what they are up to, that is heir focus or project now.
- . Respond and plan time to respond again next day and for a few days.
- . Ask people how they are and whats new.
- . Listen. Look at their Profile and let them know what you find. Look at past chat history to see what you connected about or chatted last about and ask about that. Follow up. Show you are interested in them.
- . If they fit into a project of yours, in other words have a common interest you may want to follow up with, place them in a category aka a contact list.
- . If you learn something about them that does not fit into a category, then add a short note at the end of their name. Be consistent and you can sort with your "Tag" system. this is useful to follow up to build or deepen the relationship. If they have a skill you wan to remember, for example, you can serach for that easily in your Skype or with MM.
- . How to make contact lists aka categories in current Skype versions.
- . Schedule Follow up on your calender, both in bulk and one on one chat time and calls with any who need it. Don take time now for calls unless they are brief and let them know you can set a time in the next day or 2 or next week for more time. Again, having a blog post or video to let them know what you are up to, will help too. Encourage hem to leave a comment with their thoughts and that you want to heard aout them too.
- . Schedule time for development of projects to serve peoples needs you discover.
- . Schedule time to do this again regularly. Set a calender to repeat this task. Do you want to do this monthly? How often can you do this? Be sure to also Schedule time to follwo up awith the new categories aka contact lists. Build ask lists and permission lists and you will have a powerfully effective Targeted list in Skype to send things to people who love to read and act on what you send them beciase i is what they want , what they are interested in.

- Skype User Profile Search to Build Database
- Report to Skype room your progress, describe issues, ask questions and answer some too!
- Track results in a spreadsheet
- Keep both skype running (tutorial needed)
- Follow up Broadcasts to categories in both skype accounts, even if just to say good morning, after noon evening or senda flower of wave or smile. Use a Mood message, or auto reply that is appropriate to the account your contacts are in. Schedule a day a week and a few hrs for just chatting... see it at diffetn times for time zone differences.

Did you know you can change your Skype Contacts tab, the one all the way to the left of Recent and Facebook, to a Skype Contact Catagory or Contact List? Let me explain more...
When your Skype contact list starts getting larger, and busier, you will no be able to keep up with it all. This is especially true as you get invited to more and more Skype chat room aka Group Chats. Now you get to pick and choose who are your VIP Skype Contacts and also what are your priority projects. Get creative here. Do you want to send a private message broadcast using Message Magic on a certain day of the week or month (or quarter even), to engage in dialogue with certain people, projects, teams or perhaps Mastermind groups or Social Sharing clubs or partners? This can be very powerful and effective. Example: I have a Skype room called Introduce Yourself Monday, which is only open on Mondays. We give our bios, login or short and introduce ourselves, share progress and goals and to do's. We help each other and meet new people to network with. We build relationships and find new business partners.
