Adding Video to your AWeber email messages.

Videos are a great marketing tool to use in your AWeber messages — they get your prospects’ attention, they let you show them, rather than just tell, about your products, and people often pass them to their friends, helping you get more subscribers without lifting a finger.

Many people have discovered that sending “video email” has a trick to it. You cannot create a Video email simply by embedding the video directly in an HTML email like you would on a web page or blog. Many email programs disable videos and the last thing you want is for your subscriber to miss the whole experience of a video email.

The best way to do it is to either use an image or text link. The image attracts more attention, but if the recipient has images disabled, they will also not see it. Put the appropriate ALT text for your image, in case they have images disabled, they will still know to click the link for the video.
An example: “Click here to watch the video”.

If you are using BYO Audio to create your video’s you have an option to publish it for a Website of an Email. When you publish for email, you have different choices again. Any of those choices are good for emails.
