Hyperlinks Tip #1:
Many of you new to using this tool and Excel are noticing that anything with a url sometimes turns into a hyper link. As you add your programs affiliate urls and login info in your AllMyLinks tab, you may think it is correct if it turns blue. Note that this is not so. If you type http://anything … it will turn blue. Also, I purposely left a few urls in there with blue hyperlinks for your clicking convenience. If you ever want to remove a hyper links here is how to do it. Watch the video here.
URGENT REMINDER #2:
You should back up this file some where safe regularly. It is loaded with important info after you begin to use it. As time passed this becomes more and more valuable. Keep a copy somewhere else. Perhaps you can save it on a disc in another room or better yet in another building or even … I actually upload it to my website on a password protected page.
Tips to help you stay organized. Heres how to use this AllMyLinks Spreadsheet to get & stay organized.
Tip 1: Click on the tab at the bottom called AllMyLinks and start adding all your memberships and things you joined including Login info and affiliate links. This worksheet you will visit often and be so glad you have what you need at your finger tips, easy access.
Tip 2: Make sure you can get back here again for more instructions by clicking on the first tab called instructions. See it? It got you here, make sure it can get you back here agian.
Tip 3: Custom Global Field values:
The SFS system has preloaded pre-written shared campaigns. the way this is all customized for you sending your leads & subscribers to your links and info, is by using custom fields to customize all your automated marketing via the autoresponder follow up email messages with your links and info embedded. The main shared campaign is called SFS Ezine. This is your instant Ezine or news letter. You create it in Aweber and Setup Step 2 tells you how. You can use and work with this AllMyLinks Spreadsheet file to record your custom GF data first before placing in in your Aweber shared campaign(s).
This filling in your Custom GF info, your personal info into the AllMyLinks Spreadsheet prepares you to grab the shared SFSEzine campaign & messages.
The 3rd tab in your AllMyLinks Spreadsheet is a place you can keep all your custom global field (GF) value urls and data. Go there to fill it out. It matches your GFs in your Shared Aweber autoresponder campaigns and also to use as an easy reference each time you update a shared campaign.

this is here for you to use when you update a shared campaign. Links to get further instructions are below. See the Tab in the AllMyLinks Spreadsheet called Custom GF Values? Thats the place to look to restore your custom fields after you “re-grab” an updated or new SFSEzine list. You will want to regrab it each time you are ready for more GF and to make your follow up to your subscribers more targetd (by using more GF and more blog posts) as well as longer lasting automated follow up… a longer series each month. Each month I will add more to lenghten your follow up to your SFSEzine subscribers. With these GF they will be sent to your blog posts (and for more advnaced Elite ember List Builders you can use categories(wordpress) or lable (Blogger) urls for more marketing power. Get all your GF values, your data & links or urls recorded in the Custom GF tab before grabbing (or regrabbing updated new) Shared campaigns.
Re-grabbing shared campaigns means you will have to red0 your custom GF in Aweber. having that data at easy access in your AllMyLinks spreadsheet will make this easy work!
For “re-grabbers” (grabbing again), do check out that last row for two links to Setup Step 5, I really like the 5b. Remember the Setup step order may change. If it moves and you can not find the AllMylinsk tips int eh setup Steps, look for the Setup Steps that talk about doing your custom GF (in the AllMyLinks spreadsheet). Remember someday we will find a way of automating this when you update (re-grab) your shared campaigns… but this AllMyLinks spreadsheet is a good tool to use to collect not only the custom GF data but so much more. You will love it once you use it.

Q: How to I find blog post urls for setting up all my blog custom Global Fields (GF) in Aweber? Does each POST have it own url?
A: Yes. Each custom field has a different blog post url and each blog post has its own url. To get this blog post url, in Blogger, on the Posting Tab, click Edit Posts to see all of your posts. Then click View, all the way to the right of each post. You can collect the long url for each POST from your browser window to use in your custom GFs requiring blog post urls. In WordPress clik the title of the post and it will open that page (?p=). If you want to use WorPress category urls in your custom GF, this will allow you to make many posts for that trageted topic for each custom GF. Blogger used lable urls. I will train on that too – see Step 6 here below. Tip: This is a sales funnel secret – use it and prosper!
