Blogging – Options for setting up your Database in WordPress

When setting up the Database in WordPress, there is a field at the bottom asking for database prefix and next to it, it says that you can have all your WP blogs in one database with different prefixes.

This is not a good option to take, because if the database crashes all the sites on there are gone until you get it back up where as if you spread your blogs on different databases, you know that they will not all crash if one database crashes, just the one will be down.

Today is our Women’s Mindset, Motivate and Marketing Day, and we are well into our new schedule since we changed over to weekly meetings instead of monthly ones.I want to remind you that we now have 3 different time slots, to accommodate all our members, so there will be a time to suit you. These times will alternate every week. See the events calendar at the bottom of this post to find the Monday with the time that will suit you. All times shown in the events Calendar are ET.Let us have a quick look at the name, Mindset, Motivation and Marketing, and I want to tell you how I see it: You have to have the correct Mindset to be Motivated for Marketing, and this is what we are setting out to help you with.If you have something you would like to share with us, contact Julie, Diane or Hyla and tell us about it. If it is a subject that could be of interest to the rest of the members, we can give you a set time to talk about it. We will then add it to the agenda, and to the events calendar if we need to.We are considering creating a Skype Room for Women’s Mindset, Motivate and Marketing. This is a Skype Group Chat Room that you can join, and have 24/7 access to. You can leave your thoughts and ask your questions as they come to you, instead of always having to wait until the next meeting you can attend, and loosing it along the way. There will often be other members available to help, and we, Julie, Diane and Hyla will keep a close eye on the room as well, and because of being spread in different time zones, there will almost always be one of us available to chat to you.

TIP:
All our meetings are recorded, so if you REALLY cannot find a time that suits you, you can always listen to the recording from the mindset category. It is so much more fun when you attend live, though, as you can ask questions and share your own experiences with the others in the room.
