Learning Message Magic?  Here’s Step #1

Message Magic Step 1 – Searching for Skype Users to Grow Your Skype Contact List

Search Skype Users Step # 1 – click settings and put a checkmark beside keep profiles. What that does is every time you do a skype search Message Magic will put the resulting profiles into a local prospects database.  New 2011 – Build a database of 50 to 70 thousand Skype user profiles, full profile data, including website, About me and Mood Message Text, Country, Language, Gender, Contact Count, etc daily.

Hot Tip: Remember to Save the 100 patterns you get each day from the D/L button before hitting the DUP. Save before DUP ing!  This 100 patterns saves us a lot of time and we no longer need to invent or think up our own patterns, just hit the D/L and we get an instant 100 patterns or names each day. Very convenient. If you save immediately, you can load them again, should you need to, otherwise, you must wait another 24 hours for your next 100.

Message Magic Step 1 – Bulk Message Broadcast to Skype Contact Categories

Step 1 should really be thinking about your message campiagns, crafting your messages for best results and building your Skype categories.  But I know you are in a hurry to try Message Magic Bulk Communication, so I suggest you make a test category with a few friends who you ask and do not mind being sent test messages, and do give it a go with this first step.

Message Magic Step 1 – Send Bulk Message Broadcast.

 Load  your Skype contacts from Activities > Load Users > Load From Contacts.  Start with this one, then later you can try any of these other ways to load Skype profiles for mass communication: load active chats, bookmarked or saved  chats, from a file, from categories or even download from a team member in your organization. Step 2: Select all contacts or from categories.  Find this from Activities > Select Users  or just right click over the profile area.  Step 3:  Write  a message in the text box or load a saved message.  (Tip – {fn} will use their first name)  and Step 4 – Send your message to all selected. Step 5 – respond to their responses to your message. Build relationships and build business.

Your Skype Profile - The Real First Step for Message Magic

Before you do either of the above, before you add new skype contacts and before you send messages in bulk, the first thing you should do is prepare your own Skype for attraction marketing, branding and building business relationships. Dress for success; get your Skype dressed for success with a good Skype profile.  I cover this in other posts and videos more thoroughly, but for now,  at least have your most visible “Skype real estate” ready; your picture, display name, mood message and location. Make sure you have a message in your mood bubble next to your picture that tells anyone who opens your message about you and your business, whats new in your business or what action you want them to take, ask a question that will get them to respond. Branding and building a relationship starts the know-like-trust for more business engagement at this point.

Using Message Magic to add skype contacts or send messages in large numbers is powerfully effective if you have your message clear to them via your Skype profile.  Be ready!
