If you would like to rent or own a Hot Conference Room the rates and info are below. These are some of the best prices and value available which, along with our support, is a superb investment. Just see if you can find a better price for audio/video conferencing. Please Skype me to discuss details for customizing a room and rate just for you. The weekly and one month rates come with training on the room functions (or add $15 to the Daily rate). If you would like a support person at your meetings with you to work the room functions for you, we can discuss that at an extra charge of $25/hour when available. The on going Subscription comes with corporate HC Support Room Access. If you arrange for us to be on call on Skype in advance to reset the room, etc, we can do that too and even train your attendees how to text, talk and raise there hand in the room 30 minutes before the event – have your attendees come early.
