Special guest, Stacie Bennett, visited with some great advice to Julie’s question on her new Priority Partners Accountability GroupQUESTION:

What makes a good accountability group? How can we support each other to FOCUS, TAKE ACTION, BE SELF STARTERS … take responsibility!!!!

Stacie’s advice was…..

Each one should choose 3 things to take action on and share with the group – specifics – not just “working on website” – rather, “I want to add “….” to my website”. Each one should write down their 3 goals for the next week. Have a discussion on anything that anyone may having problems with that they are working on. Then the next week report back – Share accomplishments and give reasons for not getting it done. Also remember that it is ok to give yourself permission to fail.

It is a great motivator just knowing that someone is holding you accountable for your list and that there are others who also fail to complete their “ToDo” lists!!
