In this group we want to support each other in setting goals and help each other with accountability.
Vincent explained how he uses a mindmap, or flow chart, to plan his time and mark it off as he completes a task.
Charly suggested that it is better to write a hard copy as well, like a diary or note book, of your successes just to keep a record of what you have accomplished. It is very uplifting to see what you have done, instead of just keeping a “ToDo” list. Julie agreed that this could help you in the future to plan what you want to do. You will know what you normally get done!!
