• Make Sure You Remind Them to Look for the Email to Verify Their Email Address
• And to use a correct email
• Remind them also if they do not get the verification email to try again with another email
• Give them ways to contact you as well, Skype, email, phone and if you hve a support desk.
• Remind them that until they verify their email address they will not get waht they requested.
