SKYPE ROOM for Announcements of upcoming events.

Most of us use Skype for business and some of the Skype Room Owners decided to get more organized by creating a place for members of Skype Rooms to post announcements of upcoming events.

ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW SKYPE ROOM available for all Announcements.

If you would like to participate or view the events, please follow the link above and bookmark that room. Anyone can post their event. – usually for business events.

If it recurs weekly, say that – If monthly, say that and yes, you may re-post recurring events.

This will eliminate all of us visiting all the rooms when we have an event happening. For example, Katherine’s Brainstorming Session or Julie’s Women’s Motivation, Marketing & Mindset Mondays or Rebecca’s Radio Show, etc. Post this info for everyone to see!

No discussions or chit-chat should happen in the Announcement Room, thanks!

To answer the questions posted about the Announcement Room – it is for every kind of announcement – special events, teleseminars, radio shows, mastermind groups, brainstorming sessions, weekly specials – for the announcement only.

If there are any questions about the event, the person who posted the event could be contacted privately for more information and/or discussion.

Discussions can and should still be held in all the rooms – I am not trying to discourage any information being passed in anyone’s room – it was just that a lot of events got mixed in with discussions and were overlooked – I thought this would be a great solution for everyone. I would encourage you, as the room owner, to continue doing exactly as you have been doing.

The Announcement Room is just one more place to promote the event - hopefully others on the internet world will learn of this room and will check it out, even if they don’t know about our individual rooms. It’s a great promotional place for everyone -

If you see someone “new” posting an announcement there, contact them privately and invite them to join one or more of our specialized rooms.

I will copy and paste this same announcement in all the rooms to hopefully clarify what the Announcement Room is to be used for. If you have any more questions about it, contact me and we’ll chat!
