Using Message Magic to Send Skype Messages to Many

Using the Message Magic software “Send Message” Feature from page 7 of the Message Magic Advanced Users Guide.

We reviewed using the {FIRSTNAME} personalization tag in Message Magic, reminding you to rename your contact. Julie gives a suggestion for an approach on how to write your messages asking them how they want to be addressed and a reminder to also always send a message for the text chat history when adding contacts from a search. The “Add Contact” message will disappear and having the sent a message in the chat history allows you to do a more targeted and meaningful follow up.

Using The Send Message Feature

Now that you have a growing list of contacts that have been placed in various groups you are ready for sending messages. Now’s your chance to really shine in your periodic instant communications.

{FIRSTNAME} is a tag you can place in your message text and Message Magic will replace all occurrences with the contact’s first name -> as long as you took the time to ensure each contact was named correctly and you backed up your contact data to the current MM folder.
