We posted a Squidoo Lens which included a survey to find out what people needed the Tuesday Trainings to cover. There are 13 topics listed and at the time of the training 37 people had voted. Topic #13 came out tops with an overwhelming majority of 37.8% of the votes. This topic was…… How to have Skype contacts add you first and how to become attractive online using social media networking (web 2.0) and relationship building – becoming a resource – getting found, known, liked and trusted. Because this is a very large subject, we will come back to it at a later date again to cover more points.
This week we had an informal discussion with Julie and Hyla giving good information and tips about the topic. The point that stood out was that you really must build a relationship with your contacts before promoting to them. If you use Skype and Message Magic together, you have a great combination for finding multiple contacts and sending them all the same message with one click. While it is a wonderful vehicle, we have to be careful not to send promotional information until you have been added by them and built a relationship with them.

Can be too vague. How do you get valuable responses on skype & know who they are. One international guy had only sex interest.
I’m still not used to not getting right onto responses when name or orange dot clicked.Hit & miss with what I click & whether focus Message magic a bit like on twitter.

I am getting interrupted again. Just continuing to use software and be tactful with bit of hint. 73 checks costs enough in attition to other things I’m doing, so probably let linked in go — as not sure what it’s about – except credibility if posted on site ( however done).
Haven’t checked others. When someone only gets here tuesdays — when housekeeper looks after real mother – who has alzheimer’s- its hard to plan around — especially with (him having ) cerebral palsy.
How do I differentiate live calls from others? With my “batting average” e.g. last night Clyde & I both missed as purple Cowboy’s ( 997 MakeMoney NOw) regularly scheduled ( & Twittered) call 8-9 central. Had read 7 pm instead of 6 Pacific. 9 Central would have been perfect — we were looking –.
