A couple of my members asked how to file all the extra stuff on your desktop so it is not cluttered. So I made the following video to show you what I do.
Thoughts in Filing & Time Efficiency:
You know how when you save things you often place them on your computer desktop to find them easily? Thats ok. However, periodically its a good idea to clear it all off and file it. Here is a quick solution. I suggest you one shortcut folder on your Desktop for shortcut links to all the things you have filed in your My Documents folders that you frequently use. Then periodically clear off your desktop into a 2nd folder on your desktop called FileMe.
Tip:
Just remember, keep to habit we should all follow for time efficiency with our postal snail or paper mail, also with your computer files. That is, the least times you “touch” your mail and stuff you want to keep or read later the better.
