Wednesday – AllMyLinks spread sheet, New Ideas & Resources & Tips

On Wednesdays we discuss New Ideas and Resources, give tips on various subjects and, we decided that Wednesday would be a good day to include training and tips on the AllMyLinks spreadsheet. There are still members who don’t quite understand how best to use this tool. The spreadsheet has 10 worksheets for you to organize your data in. Along the bottom you will see the tabs that open the 10 worksheets.

  • Instructions: The first page is the Instruction worksheet. Here you can read how to use the spread sheet.
  • AllMyLinks Login: This tab takes you to the page where you can record all the programs you belong to, with your affiliate links, login information, Lead Capture Page URL, etc.
  • Custom GF: The next page is for your AWeber SFS Ezine Global Field Values.
  • AllMyLinks Login Examples: Then you have a page with examples to help you see how Julie, its creator, used the AllMyLinks Login) worksheet.
  • Blog: There is a tab to record your blog URL’s and which GF they are for.
  • Lead Capture Page data: Next you have a place for all your Lead Capture Page data. Here you can record your hits and conversion to optin rates to find out what is working to build your list best.
  • Tracking URL’s & Data: You need to track your advertisements, and the Tracking URL’s & Data goes in the next page
  • Rotators: It is very handy to have your advertisements on Rotators. If you have different LCP’s for your advertising resources, you can see which ones give you the best conversion. The data for your rotators go in the next tab.
  • AWeber Sales: The next tab goes to a page to enter all your AWeber affiliate data to track this residual income source.
  • Audio-Video-RSS & Podcast: Last, but not the least, you have a place to record Audio-Video-RSS & Podcast information.

That, in a nutshell, is what the spread sheet is used for. As long as you keep this very important document up to date, you will have all your important information stored in one place.
