Whenever I get a new program or tool, I like to read the instructions before attempting to use it. It works like that for the AllMyLinks spread sheet too. Click on the first tab and you will see the instructions. Read through all the instructions before attempting to use any of the other tabs.
There are many worksheets to explore here. I will explain a few. But before you get started….

Use this Examples tab to see how I use the AllMyLinks tab and also to see the Lead Capture
pages for many programs to build a list instead of ONLY downlines or one time sales.
See how you can keep adding everything you join and with Excell you can sort alphabetically to find anything you need easily!
And if you do not know how to use Excell, like how to sort your rows and other wonderful used of a spreadsheet, I will make videos to show you. Just ask.

There is so much information here that you may weary before you get through it all.

AllMyLinks Tab
Everytime you join ANYTHING record it on this AllMyLinks tab.
Tip: mouse over the cells with red corner coments for more hints & tips.
Try it now. Hold your mouse over “Login Info” cell B1 without clicking.
Then try the others like “Aweber” cell B2 & “MMG(temp)” in cell B3. There are a few there so mouse around & read all the comments.
The last comment to mouse over is the RED Words: “Read This & Remove it!” to remind you to come back here to the Instructions Tab.
Use the AllMyLinks sheet to save your affiliate link and login info, and much more….
The second tab is called guess what!! AllMyLinks!! As the tab suggests, this is for the links of all the programs you have joined. It is so easy when you have all this information in one place. Use the columns that are already put in there for you:
- Date Joined: That is the date you joined the program you are about to record
- Program: The name of the program.
- Login Info: Record your Username and Password in there.
- Lead Capture Squeeze Page URL: If you have a LCP or squeeze Page this is where you record that URL. In fact…youshould always have one of these to build a list. If you only have the Affiliate URL that the program gives you, you will be developing their program instead of building your own list.
- Redirect URL: The link of the page this LCP wil redirect your viewer to once they have opted in at your webform.
- AWeber List: The name of your AWeber campaign for this program.MMG Project Name: The name of the MMG Project when you made your MMG Lead CVapture Page
- Tracking Results: You should always use tracking for your advertising and record your results in this column
- %Commission: Record the % of your Affiliate commission in here
- Cost: In this column you record how much the program costs …Free, Monthly, Yearly or once off payment
- Notes: Anything you need to record that is not included in the other columns.
If you use this tab correctly, you will never have to hunt for your information about any program again.In our next session, we will go over the Tab for the Global Fields.
