WordPress url changes with postname, pid# and post slug

Last month I posted about a change I want to experiment with to my WordPress blog permalinks to make my blog more optimized, easier to find for those searching keywords I use in the headers (post titles) and categories. There are also some useful comments there by Michelle Waters of SEO Powerup.

Today I want to do another experiment on WordPress Permalink structure (again on my on my http://leadcapture101.com blog) , where :

a) I change permalink structure back again to default and see if default permalinks still work and if custom postname links still work. Heres them there results: Changing back to default test2.

b) I will also experiment with the way Lynn Terry does it, w both id & postname, and also experiment with post slug changes in custom postname permalink structure. Question: Does changing the words in your url by changing post slug, break the link? How about when you do it like Lynn with boh pid# & postname?
